The Agile Educational Leader certification program takes educational professionals on a journey with the objective of uncovering, learning, practicing, and gaining mastery over the skills used by industry to get work done. This learning journey harnesses the benefits of a routine for moving from the current situation to a new situation in a creative, directed, meaningful way.

For Educational professionals with leadership responsibilities, this journey gives you practical experience that allows you to step into the role of Mentor via the practice Agile leadership. Ideal for leaders who want to mentor their teams in a scientific way of thinking & acting. Empowering those closest to the action, aligned on shared goals, to develop the solutions which provide the desired outcomes and/or key measured results.

A foundational step for Institutional Agility, Agile Educational Leaders understand how to unlock the full potential in those they lead and how to cast a vision that calls a lean educational system into being.

The program takes you on a growth journey from Learner to Practitioner.

You are accompanied by fellow travelers and guided by an experienced Trainer and Coach, who will serve a guides and support for your journey.

Each additional leg, from Practitioner to Coach, in the journey provides you an opportunity to learn, practice, improve the skills needed and opportunities to participate in the work needed to gain mastery over your new skills and then to continue onto the next leg in the journey. You are accompanied by teammates and guided by Trainers and Coaches who have taken the journey themselves and mastered the skill needed to go with you.
