A passionate weaver of creativity and innovation. David has been integrating research-based tools and principles and the Creative Problem-Solving model into his classrooms since 2004 when he began his journey studying Multi-disciiplinary Studies with a concentration in Creative Studies from SUNY Buffalo State College's International Center for Creativity. David leverages these approaches to coach his students through student-centered and directed learning pathways. A long-term advocate of evolving education to integrate more entrepreneurial mindsets and prepare students how to adapt to the ever-changing world, David is currently driving efforts to shape Global Learning Communities while working with local small businesses to provide students with the experience of creating positive change in their own communities. Also an advocate of cultural diversity, David volunteers time as part of Systemic Diversity and Inclusion Group's executive leadership team as an educational innovation consultant and is currently working on scaling up Raising Innovation in order to expand creativity and innovation training to youth through after-school programs on a global scale.
